Outsource Utility Contractor, LLC, established in 2012, is an electrical contractor based in Los Angeles, California. Specializing in distribution and transmission overhead and under-ground power line maintenance and construction, Outsource also offers design build and pre-construction services. Our team consists of skilled veterans from the utility industry. With a safety-first approach, we are committed to ensuring the future growth of the company. As proud members of NECA and signatory member of IBEW local 47, we have assembled a highly skilled and trained labor force ready to tackle any underground civil and electrical projects in the United States.
